What You Will Do

Designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and services.
Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively.
Nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance.
Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their technical skills.
Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics.

What You Will Need

You've had 4+ years of strong backend development experience with Go and/or Node.js, PHP Laravel.
You enjoy working on data-heavy systems, especially where performance at scale is critical.
You've worked with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar.
You are a good communicator and fluent in English.
