Paying employees in another country typically requires your business to:

  1. Have a local business entity

  2. Maintain a local business account

  3. Register with local tax and labor authorities

If you don’t have these, consider hiring employees through our Employer of Record service, which allows companies to hire international employees without local entities. An Employer of Record manages everything from hiring and compliance to payroll, benefits, and more for your foreign employees — freeing you to focus on your business.
